La parte promittente venditrice dichiara inoltre:

• che relativamente ai suddetti beni non sono presenti pignoramenti, sequestri o altre procedure di natura civile, penale o amministrativa di alcun genere
• che sul bene non sussiste alcun vincolo pregiudizievole alla sua commerciabilità
• che i beni al momento del rogito non avranno arretrati relativi all’amministrazione condominiale e in quanto l’opera non è compiuta e non vi è ancora la persona dell’amministratore condominiale
• che i beni verranno ceduti pienamente conformi alle disposizioni delle norme e dei regolamenti urbanistici ed edilizi;

• that in relation to the aforementioned assets there are no foreclosures, seizures or other proceedings of a civil, criminal or administrative nature of any kind
• that on the asset there is no restriction prejudicial to its marketability
• that the assets at the time of the deed will not have arrears relating to the common administration because the work is not completed and there is still no administrator of common areas
• that the assets will be transferred in full compliance with the provisions of urban and building regulations and rules;

that the property is not subject to the provisions of the law No.1089 of 1/6/1939 (on protection of historic buildings) or is subjected to the landscape constraint
